All items in my shop are made to order unless otherwise noted. Due to the nature of my items, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for buyer mistakes.
Please confirm your order is correct before you place your order. I am not responsible if the purchaser chooses the incorrect size or color when placing an order. Please verify sizing and color(s) BEFORE placing an order.
In what I anticipate to be very rare circumstances, the only items that are eligible for a refund are items that arrive in a damaged condition.
Photographic proof of damage-on-arrival (no exceptions), with the damaged packaging, a photo, and the damaged goods may be required (to be received via e-mail to a.n.n.creationsbyme@gmail.com) for a refund to be CONSIDERED. Refund requests will not be entertained more than 24 hours after an item is marked "delivered". If the item(s) need to be returned, the buyer will assume responsibility for shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded. ****Note: I take special care to package the items to prevent damage.
Some of my products are made to order. This means I do not have ready to ship products on hand.
Production does not start until payment is confirmed. Production is typically 1-2 weeks after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
When an order is packaged and dropped off to USPS it is no longer in my possession. I am unable to make changes nor do I have control over USPS deliveries.
